QuickPlay Media Inc. powers live TV and video-on-demand services for Bell Mobility’s integrated media player across their CDMA1xRTT and EVDO networks.  Content can be streamed or downloaded and is available on a pay-per-use basis, as part of the Media Pack bundle, as well included in Bell’s Fun bundles to provide unlimited video for a fixed monthly charge.  QuickPlay powered content spans live and highlight coverage of the 2008 Summer Olympics, full-length HBO episodes to premium content from the NBA, MTV and ESPN.   New service features include playback resumption for streaming video on mobile, search engine integration to enhance content discoverability and an integrated user interface for TV, video and radio.

Rogers VISION, a suite of wireless multimedia services, was introduced in conjunction with the launch of Rogers Wireless’ next generation HSDPA Network. Services are available individually on a monthly subscription or a pay per clip basis, as well as being part of the Rogers Vision Value Pack. Video is delivered over EDGE and HSDPA networks.
